About the Municipality of Catmon

Catmon is a 5th class municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2007 census, it has a population of 27,330 people. It is located 57 kilometers from the Cebu City next to the town of Carmen.

Tore, Cebu's second highest peak, is located in Catmon, situated in Barangay Cambangkaya.
